Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with researching destinations, resorts, cruises, transportation, sightseeing opportunities, and vacation packages
  • Support the coordination of travel arrangements and booking-related activities
  • Review itinerary details and reservation information to help ensure accuracy
  • Communicate important updates and travel information to clients in a timely manner
  • Assist with schedule modifications, travel requests, and planning adjustments
  • Maintain organized client files and detailed records within company systems
  • Stay informed about destination highlights, supplier updates, and promotional opportunities
  • Participate in virtual trainings, team discussions, and professional development activities
