GTM Expert (Freelance)

This quarter we've had a steady stream of briefs: founders who need someone to own their first pipeline, growth leads who need a demand gen partner, product teams that need a GTM motion built from scratch.

What You'll Work On (Client-Side)

Projects vary by client, but typically include:

• Building or validating GTM strategy for new product launches or market entries
  
• Owning outbound sequences, pipeline generation, and lead qualification
  
• Setting up and running demand generation programs (paid, content, community, or outbound)
  
• Creating messaging frameworks, positioning documents, and ICP definitions
  
• Instrumenting GTM with the right tools and handing off a system that runs
  

You will be matched to clients based on your domain depth, industry fit, and availability. Engagements range from 4-week sprints to 3-month embedded partnerships.

Who We're Looking For

• You've done GTM in the real world. Not in decks. In markets. You've built pipelines, run outbound, owned messaging, and shipped campaigns. You know the difference between a GTM strategy that sounds smart and one that actually moves revenue.
  
• You're comfortable working directly with founders and senior stakeholders. You can run discovery, set expectations, structure a brief, and deliver without hand-holding.
  
• You're not a generalist marketer. GTM is your craft.
  

Minimum Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on GTM experience (SaaS, B2B, or growth-stage startup preferred)
  
• Demonstrated ability to own a GTM motion end-to-end, from ICP definition to pipeline
  
• Proficiency with at least 2–3 GTM tools (Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, etc.)
  
• Ability to work async, communicate in writing, and operate independently
  
• Prior freelance or consulting experience strongly preferred

How It Works

3. When a matching client brief comes in, we reach out to confirm fit and availability
   
4. Engagement begins within 5–7 days of match confirmation
