GTM Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a forward-thinking Go-to-Market Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technical systems-building, AI innovation, and commercial strategy. In this role, you will architect, prototype, and scale automated revenue systems that power the launch and growth of our applications and solutions for B2B and B2C marketing services.

You are not a traditional marketer or RevOps specialist—you are a builder who leverages multiple AI tools daily to eliminate friction, personalize at scale, and create measurable pipeline impact. Your work will directly demonstrate the power of our marketing solutions by using AI-driven campaigns, agents, and workflows as living proof points for prospects.

What you will do:

• Design and build AI-powered GTM systems — Create automated pipelines for lead enrichment, scoring, routing, personalization, and attribution using AI, automation tools (Clay, Apollo, n8n/Make), CRMs, and custom AI agents.
• Scale B2B and B2C GTM motions — Develop ABM systems with buying-group detection, intent signals, personalized outreach, and scalable customer journey orchestration.
• Leverage AI daily — Use generative AI and AI agents for content creation, prospect research, qualification, personalization, predictive analytics, and campaign optimization.
• Prototype and optimize quickly — Build and test MVPs with no-code/low-code tools to eliminate GTM bottlenecks and scale successful workflows.
• Integrate and showcase products — Embed company solutions into GTM processes, demos, landing pages, and AI-powered customer experiences.
• Build analytics and governance — Track key GTM metrics, ensure AI governance and compliance, and enable sales and marketing teams with AI playbooks and training.
• Drive revenue impact — Own key performance metrics, improve pipeline efficiency, and ensure every GTM system delivers measurable business results.

What you bring:

• 3–5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, RevOps, Sales Engineering, or similar technical revenue roles, preferably in SaaS, MarTech, or AI.
• Proven experience building automated workflows, AI-powered systems, and pipelines that improve efficiency and revenue metrics.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Python or JavaScript, REST APIs, data modeling, and automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, Zapier).
• Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar GTM and CRM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, AI agents, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation applied to GTM processes.
• Understanding of B2B GTM strategies (ABM, intent data) and B2C personalization.
• Data-driven with strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical solutions into business impact.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and comfortable working remotely with overlap to US Central Time in a fast-paced environment.

Nice if you have:

• Experience marketing or selling MarTech or AI marketing solutions.
• Experience building custom AI agents or orchestration workflows.
• Background in performance marketing, demand generation, or product-led growth (PLG).
• Familiarity with data warehouses, reverse ETL (e.g., Hightouch), and conversation intelligence tools
