What We're Looking For
We are looking for a conversion-oriented Growth Designer to join our Product Growth & Monetisation team.
This role will focus on designing and optimising acquisition funnels — from landing pages through 30–40 question quiz experiences, paywalls, and checkout flows. You will work closely with Product Growth Managers to bring experimentation hypotheses to life through engaging, persuasive, and high-converting designs that can be efficiently handed over to developers.
This is not a traditional product design role focused on core app features. It is a growth design role focused on improving how users discover value, stay engaged through quiz experiences, and convert into paying customers.
You will be successful in this role if you can consistently turn growth hypotheses into high-quality funnel designs that are engaging for users, feasible for developers, and measurable through experimentation. Your work should help the team ship faster, test better ideas, and improve funnel performance across quiz completion, paywall conversion, checkout completion, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Design new quiz funnels, landing pages, paywalls, and checkout experiences that inspire more users to try Welltech apps.
Translate growth hypotheses into clear, engaging, and conversion-focused design experiments.
Work closely with Product Growth Managers to shape user journeys, quiz narratives, question flows, paywall structures, and checkout experiences.
Optimise existing funnels by supporting our experimentation efforts, using performance data, user insights, and behavioural design principles.
Challenge existing design patterns and propose better ways to improve engagement, motivation, trust, and conversion.
Balance creative ambition with speed and technical feasibility, considering development effort and business impact.
Create developer-ready designs in Figma, using components, design systems, auto layout, and clear handover documentation.
Work iteratively, learning from experiment results and continuously improving funnel performance.
Contribute to the evolution of our growth design standards, patterns, and best practices.
Required skills:
Strong experience designing conversion-focused web or mobile funnels, onboarding flows, paywalls, checkout flows, landing pages, or similar acquisition experiences.
Deep knowledge of Figma, including components, auto layout, variables, and design system usage.
Strong understanding of behavioural design, persuasion principles, motivation, friction reduction, and growth design methodologies.
Ability to turn business goals and product hypotheses into clear, testable design solutions.
Commercial awareness and understanding of how design decisions affect metrics such as conversion rate, checkout completion, revenue, ARPU, CAC, and LTV.
Ability to work with data and experiment learnings to inform design decisions.
Experience collaborating with growth managers, developers, analysts, and other designers.
Strong visual design and UX skills, with the ability to create experiences that feel polished, intuitive, and emotionally engaging.
Ability to work independently, move quickly, and solve problems in ambiguous growth environments.
Clear, direct, and transparent communication.
Nice to have
Experience designing quiz funnels, subscription funnels, ecommerce flows, or D2C acquisition funnels.
Experience with paywall design, checkout optimisation, or onboarding personalisation.
Experience with user research methods such as usability testing, concept testing, or funnel diagnostics.
Familiarity with tools such as Maze,Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, Google Analytics, or similar.
Experience with interface animation, micro-interactions, or motion design.
Strong content design or UX writing instincts, especially for quiz questions, answer options, value propositions, and paywall messaging.
