We're building a platform that enables wellness businesses to offer clinical services they currently can't provide on their own, including blood testing, prescriptions, and peptides, supervised by a clinical team. Think Shopify for wellness businesses.

Why This Role Exists

We're already running paid acquisition, and it's working. Now we want to go bigger — scale the channels that are performing, expand into new ones, and turn a working motion into a growth engine. We have the capital to invest and the conviction to move fast.

Our CEO is an experienced growth marketer and has built the foundation. What we need now is a scrappy, hands-on operator who can execute at a level that expands what's possible. Someone who treats every dollar as a hypothesis, ships experiments faster than most teams can plan them, and knows how to make a small team punch far above its weight.

What You'll Own

• Paid acquisition across core channels. Meta, Google, TikTok — end-to-end ownership from strategy to execution to optimization. You'll write ad copy, brief creative, launch campaigns, and iterate.
• Channel expansion. We know what's working. Your job is to make it work harder — and to find the next channels where our budget compounds. You'll test new platforms, formats, and audiences with rigor.
• Experimentation and testing. Weekly experiments across audience, creative, landing page, and offer. You'll form hypotheses, run tests fast, and either double down or kill based on what the data says.
• Funnel optimization. Working with our team on landing pages, form flow, and lead nurture — everything between "clicked the ad" and "booked a demo." If the ads are working but the funnel is leaking, you'll flag it and help fix it.
• AI-leveraged workflows. Using AI tools to accelerate creative production, audience research, copy variants, competitive analysis, and reporting.
• Reporting and insight. Weekly reports that show what's working, what's not, and what you're testing next. Not a dashboard dump — actual insight.

Requirements

What You Bring

• 3-6 years running paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Cracked ad operator. You understand the systems deeply — pixel setup, event tracking, creative testing frameworks, bid strategies, attribution. You've spent enough on these platforms to have real intuition about what works and what wastes budget
• AI-native. You use AI tools daily for creative iteration, audience research, copy testing, and analysis. You've built workflows that let one person operate like three
• Scrappy and experimental. You've built clever, unconventional campaigns that outperform the "best practices." You know when to break the rules
• Execution-focused. You want to run campaigns, not delegate them. You're closer to the work than to the strategy deck
• Ownership mentality. You want to run this like it's your own budget. You don't want a manager reviewing your creative — you want to be trusted to make calls
• Comfortable with startup pace. Weekly experiments, fast iteration, imperfect data. If you need a big team to do good work, this isn't the role

Bonus: Healthcare, wellness, or clinical marketing experience — helpful for navigating what we can and can't say, but not required if you can learn fast.

What Matters Less

• Agency background (we're not looking for someone who directs others; we want someone hands-on)
• Big-brand experience — we care about performance, not portfolio

• Structure: Monthly retainer plus quarterly performance bonus tied to results
