Cloudcure is a healthcare technology company improving access to care through digital-first medicine. We serve patients across Canada with a focus on weight management and preventative care.

We build with AI rather than around it. Our marketing stack, analytics platform and internal tooling are built in-house using AI-assisted workflows. We want a marketer who works the same way.

The role

You take a concept and turn it into assets. Ad creative, landing pages, imagery, video. You use AI to produce them, you put them live, you run tests against them, and you go into the analytics to find out what actually worked. Then you do it again with what you learned.

This is a hands-on building role, not a strategy role. The person who thrives here is the one who would rather have three variants live by Thursday than a perfect brief by Friday.

What you will own

AI asset production

• Turn product and campaign concepts into finished ad creative for Google and Meta
• Build landing pages using AI page generation tools, and refine by hand where it matters
• Produce realistic, on-brand imagery and video with current generative tools
• Know the difference between AI output that reads as AI-made and output that does not, and consistently deliver the second kind
• Keep a consistent visual system so everything we publish looks like it came from the same company

Testing and experimentation

• Run A/B tests on landing pages, creative and messaging
• Structure tests so the result is readable. Know what you are testing and what would count as a win before you launch it
• Iterate on the winners and kill the losers without getting attached

Marketing analytics

• Live in the numbers. Conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, funnel drop-off
• Work in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and our in-house attribution dashboards
• Tell us what is working, what is not, and what you are changing because of it
• Close the loop between what you built and what it produced

The kind of person this is for

You should recognize yourself in most of this:

• You have a favorite model for copy, a different one for images, and an opinion about why
• You have built landing pages with AI page builders or by prompting code
• You have a real eye. You can look at a page or an ad and say what is wrong with it before you can explain why
• You are comfortable reading a dashboard and deciding what to do next without being told
• You are a go-getter. You ship and learn fast
• You are curious about tools that did not exist last quarter, and you actually try them

This is not the role for someone who wants a brief handed to them, or who needs a designer and a developer in the loop before anything can go live.

Requirements

• 3+ years in growth, performance or digital marketing, with work you can point to
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools for creative, imagery and page generation. Show us what you have built
• A portfolio of live landing pages and ad creative you produced
• Comfortable with marketing analytics and reading performance data to make decisions
• Experience running A/B tests and acting on the results
• Excellent written English
• Self-directed. You will not have a marketing team around you

Nice to have

• Paid social and paid search experience, hands on in the ad platforms
• Video generation and editing
• Startup or early-stage experience where you owned a channel outright
