You'll work across dozens of subscription mobile apps with real revenue data from day one, building experiment roadmaps, running A/B tests on paywalls and onboarding, and being accountable for revenue impact. What you'll do
In one sentence: make clients' subscription apps earn more through experimentation.
- Own the growth roadmap for each client: prioritize hypotheses, design experiments in the right order, track outcomes
- Run A/B tests on paywalls, onboarding, pricing, and placement using Superwall
- Be accountable for client metrics: conversion rates, trial starts, revenue per user, LTV
- Build and present performance reports with clear insights and next steps
- Lead client sessions: onboarding, regular check-ins, and teaching teams how to think about monetization
- Work closely with a product designer who handles the visual side of experiments
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience growing a subscription mobile app. You've owned or directly influenced monetization metrics
- You've worked with Superwall or similar paywall tools and know how paywall experimentation works in practice
- Strong analytical thinking. Comfortable with conversion funnels, A/B test analysis, cohort data, and revenue metrics
- Experience designing and prioritizing experiment roadmaps, not just running tests someone else planned
- Client-facing communication skills. You can explain what you're doing, why, and what the data says
- Comfortable context-switching across multiple apps and client needs
- AI-native workflow: you use AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting, and hypothesis generation
- Proficient English (written and verbal)
- EU or US East Coast timezone
