We are hiring a Growth Lead to take full ownership of growth across a profitable, AI-native creative platform that scaled to eight-figure ARR in under three years. This is the first full-time growth hire. You will inherit active channels, launch new initiatives from scratch, and drive measurable impact across B2C and B2B growth. This is not a strategy-only role. This is a scrappy, hands-on operator seat reporting directly to the founder.

Key Responsibilities
Own growth end-to-end across:
- Influencer marketing
- Performance marketing
- Organic content
Take over and scale existing initiatives currently run by founder and contractors
Design and launch new growth experiments and channels
Drive measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth
Operate across both:
- B2C (individual creators, professionals)
- B2B (Teams / enterprise product)
- Develop growth narrative as the platform expands from images → video → audio
- Track and optimize performance across channels with clear attribution
Requirements
6 years in growth, marketing, or performance marketing
Demonstrated measurable impact in past roles
High-agency operator mindset
Scrappy and execution-focused
Comfortable owning initiatives from concept → launch → measurement
Fast learner across new tools and channels
Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage speed
Strong interest in generative AI products
Nice to Have
Influencer marketing with measurable ROI
Performance marketing agency or in-house background
Experience as first marketing hire at a startup
Experience marketing to both B2C and B2B audiences
Familiarity with AI creative tools (image, video, audio)
Social media growth leadership experience
