We are on the lookout for a Graphic Designer to join our Design Team.

Role overview

As a Graphic Designer (SMM), you’ll create eye-catching visuals and banners for social media. You’ll work with AI tools to develop and refine visuals, adapt templates, and find new ways to make our content more engaging while keeping the brand’s visual style consistent.

You’ll work closely with SMM managers and the creative team, turning ideas and briefs into polished visuals and making sure everything is delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Design: Create engaging banners, graphics, and other visual content for social media platforms.
• AI-Assisted Design: Generate and refine visuals using AI tools and integrate them into polished, high-quality marketing creatives.
• Visual Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all SMM materials.
• Template Development: Create, adapt, and maintain design templates for different social media formats and content needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with SMM managers and the creative team to develop and deliver visual content.
• Creative Development: Contribute new ideas and explore AI tools and workflows to improve the quality and efficiency of visual production.
• Briefs & Deadlines: Prepare design materials based on briefs and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on social media content.
• Design Tools: Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma; basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
• AI Tools: Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools and the ability to integrate AI-generated assets into production-ready designs.
• AI Workflows: Understanding of prompting techniques and AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Visual Design: Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory, with an eye for current social media and AI-generated visual trends.
• Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality work on time.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate ideas clearly, and respond constructively to feedback.

Nice to have

• Industry Experience: Previous experience working in the gaming, gambling, betting, or a similar digital industry.
• 3D Design: Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with 3D design and related tools.
