We are on the lookout for a Graphic Designer to join our Design Team.

Role overview

As a Graphic Designer (Promo), you’ll create visuals and banners for marketing campaigns across different formats and platforms. You’ll adapt existing concepts, work with 3D renders, stock assets, and graphic elements, and use Photoshop to bring everything together into polished creatives.

You’ll work closely with other designers and stakeholders to deliver engaging promotional materials while keeping the visual style consistent across campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Promo Design: Create promotional visuals and banners for marketing campaigns across different formats and platforms.
• Creative Adaptation: Adapt and resize existing visual concepts while maintaining their original style and quality.
• Photo Editing: Perform retouching, compositing, and color correction in Adobe Photoshop.
• Visual Compositing: Combine 3D renders, stock assets, and graphic elements into cohesive and engaging promotional designs.
• Visual Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual style and high-quality execution across all promotional materials.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, graphic designers, and motion designers on daily creative tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or in a similar role.
• Photoshop Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with hands-on experience in retouching, compositing, and color correction.
• AI Tools: Confident use of AI-assisted tools for visual content creation and production.
• Visual Design: Ability to create clean, polished, and engaging promotional visuals based on briefs and references.
• Creative Adaptation: Experience adapting and resizing visuals for different formats, platforms, and campaign requirements.
• Brand Consistency: Ability to work within established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style across different creatives.

Nice to Have

• Agency Experience: Previous experience working in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
• Industry Experience: Experience working in the gambling, betting, gaming, or a similar fast-paced digital industry.
