Graphic Designer

You are a creative Graphic Designer with a strong eye for composition, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy. You care about the quality of the final result, ask questions when a brief is unclear, and take ownership of your work. You enjoy turning different kinds of information into clear, cohesive visuals.

About the position

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to help create a consistent, recognisable visual identity across the company’s internal and external communications. You’ll work on a variety of projects, from social media and event materials to presentations and employer branding. Your work will be seen by candidates, clients, and colleagues. You’ll have the freedom to bring your own ideas, make design decisions, and collaborate directly with teams across the company.

Your area of responsibility

• Managing the full design cycle for the company, from clarifying briefs and developing concepts to delivering final assets for social media, the website, digital campaigns, and internal communications;
• Designing presentations, company and candidate profiles, sales materials, case studies, and other business content;
• Producing visuals for vacancies, employer branding, corporate programmes, and events;
• Turning data and complex information into infographics, diagrams, and clear visual materials;
• Designing company merchandise and preparing artwork for print;
• Selecting and editing photos and other visual content;
• Maintaining and developing the company’s visual style across different formats;
• Creating reusable templates, organising design files in Figma, and keeping the Brand Material List up to date;
• Using AI tools to explore ideas and streamline routine design tasks where useful.

Skills and requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic or visual design;
• Strong fundamentals in composition, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy;
• Experience creating digital materials for social media, websites, campaigns, or internal communications;
• Experience working on different types of corporate materials, including presentations;
• Experience following a brand system and keeping materials visually consistent;
• Confidence using design tools and organising design assets;
• Attention to detail, a high standard of visual quality, and the ability to clarify requirements and take responsibility for the result.

Will be a plus

• Experience with photo editing;
• Experience using AI tools in the design process;
• English skills that would allow you to work on client-facing projects;
• Higher education or additional training in UI/UX, product design, or marketing.
