The Grants Coordinator manages and coordinates the full lifecycle of federal, state, and local grants, from funding opportunity identification and application development through award administration, monitoring, reporting, and closeout. The position works closely with program, finance, compliance, quality, data, procurement, and external partners to ensure grants are implemented effectively, funded activities are supported, and all requirements are met. A key responsibility of this position is the administration and monitoring of MDHHS grants through the eGrAMS grant management system. | |||||||||
