Position Overview

The Departments of Graduate Enrollment and Online Counselor Education are seeking motivated graduate students to support the continued success of our program. This position offers a dynamic and flexible opportunity for graduate students to contribute to student support and departmental growth, while also gaining valuable experience.

Graduate student workers will work collaboratively and independently on various projects that directly impact the quality and success of the department. This role is ideal for students looking to enhance their academic and professional skill set while being deeply involved in the growth of an innovative online program.

Key Responsibilities

Department and Student Support
  • Update the department website and materials while remaining compliant with accessibility requirements.

  • Create graphics and multimedia content for department newsletter.

  • Monitor department email and answer basic programming questions.

  • Research contact information for locations to receive marketing materials.

  • Assisting with other department projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Current graduate student. 

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Experience or interest in graphic design and website development.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills to engage with faculty, staff, and students. 

  • Passion for student support, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and expanding access to quality counseling education.
