Arcetyp LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a US Federal Government client. 

Clearance Requirement: Must be able to successfully pass a Federal background investigation/Public Trust review
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship Required, please do not submit an application if you are not a U.S. Citizen.


•    Minimum 10 years of experience providing business services to Federal organizations.
•    Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in:
     o    Federal Records Management
     o    Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requirements
     o    Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) requirements
     o    Section 508 compliance requirements
     o    Federal technical writing requirements



Project Manager – Position Description

The Project Manager (PM) serves as the primary point of contact and overall lead for the team providing Correspondence and Project Management Support requirement. The PM is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing all contract activities to ensure successful execution of correspondence management, records management, content management, workflow improvement, Section 508 compliance, and strategic support services.


The PM provides leadership and oversight for all contractor personnel and deliverables, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, schedules, and performance objectives. The PM develops and maintains the Project Management Plan (PMP), manages project schedules and milestones, monitors risks and issues, oversees quality control processes, and provides regular status reporting to Government stakeholders.


The PM supports ORMS leadership by coordinating strategic initiatives, facilitating executive meetings, preparing briefing materials, documenting action items and decisions, and providing analytical support to improve organizational processes and operational efficiency. The PM also advises Government personnel on best practices related to correspondence management systems, records management, FOIA, FACA, Section 508 compliance, content management, technical writing, and business process improvement.


The PM is responsible for ensuring timely completion of all contract deliverables, including monthly progress reports, annual summary reports, standard operating procedures, content management alignment materials, transition plans, and knowledge transfer documentation. The PM works closely with the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and ORMS leadership to identify priorities, manage workload fluctuations, and support mission-critical correspondence and records management activities.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience providing business services to Federal organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Federal Records Management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requirements and processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) requirements and processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Section 508 accessibility compliance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Federal technical writing and documentation development.
  • Experience managing Federal projects involving correspondence management, content management, records management, or business process improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience developing project plans, schedules, risk management plans, and executive-level reports and briefings.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across diverse stakeholders.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with Federal correspondence management systems.


Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting USDA, Forest Service, or other civilian Federal agencies.
  • Experience with correspondence management platforms such as ICCT, ECMM, CoRe, SharePoint, or similar enterprise content management systems.
  • Experience supporting executive correspondence, records management modernization, digital workflow initiatives, and organizational change management.
  • Knowledge of Federal records retention requirements, information governance, and content lifecycle management.
  • Experience developing standard operating procedures, governance documentation, and strategic planning materials.


Primary Duties

  • Serve as the contractor's primary interface with the Government.
  • Manage overall contract performance and personnel.
  • Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan.
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Lead quality assurance and quality control activities.
  • Prepare monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports.
  • Facilitate executive meetings and document decisions and action items.
  • Develop briefing materials, presentations, and strategic planning documents.
  • Support correspondence management, records management, FOIA, FACA, and content management initiatives.
  • Oversee Section 508 compliance activities.
  • Manage transition planning and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet contract requirements and quality standards.
  • Support continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
