The Government Accounts Director will lead government payer strategy and engagement across public-sector channels to support the company's ophthalmology portfolio. Position Summary:
We are seeking a Government Accounts Director to lead government payer strategy and engagement across public-sector channels. Reporting to the Executive Director, Payer Access, this leader will play a critical role in preparing for retina pipeline access needs while supporting the company’s marketed ophthalmology portfolio.
The ideal candidate brings deep government access expertise, strong executive presence, and a practical understanding of Medicare Part B, MAC policy, VA/DoD systems, Medicaid, coding, coverage, and provider-administered product reimbursement. This individual will operate as a strategic partner across functions and a trusted external representative with public-sector payer stakeholders.
