About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Google Analytics Consultant to support client projects on an on-demand basis. This is a freelance consulting opportunity for professionals with strong expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and digital tracking strategies.

Please note that this is NOT a full-time or part-time role. Work will be assigned based on project needs, and workload may vary over time. Consultants will be engaged as needed and should be able to provide their general availability for upcoming requests.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience implementing and managing Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Experience configuring event tracking, conversion tracking, and custom events.
  • Hands-on experience integrating analytics platforms with Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and other marketing tools.
  • Ability to audit existing tracking setups and identify implementation gaps.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills related to analytics and tracking implementations.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and actionable insights from analytics data.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Professional-level English communication skills (B2–C1). You will work directly with US-based clients and participate in client-facing meetings.
  • Google Analytics Certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience working as an independent consultant or freelancer is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Audit existing analytics and tracking implementations.
  • Identify tracking gaps and provide recommendations aligned with Business objectives.
  • Implement and configure Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Configure and validate tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Set up event tracking, conversion tracking, and custom parameters.
  • Design and document DataLayer structures when required.
  • Integrate GA4 with Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and other marketing Platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tracking, attribution, and data quality issues.
  • Create custom dashboards and reporting solutions as needed.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and insights based on analytics data.
  • Participate in client meetings, testing sessions, and knowledge transfer activities as required.
