We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist (High-Spend eCommerce) ready to take full ownership of performance, optimize campaigns at scale, and drive revenue that truly matters.

  • You haven't managed $300K+ monthly Google Ads spend

  • You haven’t worked on Google Shopping accounts with 10,000+ SKUs

  • Your experience is mostly lead generation or small-budget campaigns

  • You rely on basic campaign setups without deep feed optimization

  • You’re uncomfortable being accountable for revenue performance

Why This Role Matters

Google Ads is a core revenue engine at GTE, accounting for ~90% of total revenue.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Scale our largest eCommerce campaigns

  • Refine strategy with measurable impact

  • Directly influence business results

What You’ll Own & Build

Within your first 90 days, success will be measured by your ability to:

  • Develop and execute a high-performance Google Ads strategy

  • Restructure and optimize Shopping & Performance Max campaigns for scale

  • Deliver 20%+ revenue growth from Google Ads

  • Own the account end-to-end: structure, bidding, feed optimization

  • Build automation systems (scripts, workflows, feed rules)

  • Leverage data to refine segmentation, bidding, and performance

What We’re Looking For

We’re excited to work with someone who:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience in eCommerce

  • Proven experience managing large Shopping accounts (10,000+ SKUs)

  • High-budget campaign management ($300K+ monthly spend)

  • A strong ownership mindset — able to independently run accounts

  • Experience with automation tools (scripts, workflows, feed rules)

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Google Ads

    • Google Merchant Center

    • Google Analytics

  • Bonus: Experience with Google CSS Labelizer

You should be analytical, results-driven, and comfortable being measured on real revenue impact.
