Key responsibilities

  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Risk Analysis: Identify and evaluate safety and health risks.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement processes to ensure product quality and handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Training: Develop and conduct training for employees on SHEQ standards and quality assurance practices.
  • Audit and Reporting: Conduct internal audits and report on SHEQ performance and customer complaint resolutions.
  • Implementation of Standards: Develop and implement SHEQ policies and procedures.



Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of SHEQ regulations and standards.
  • Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability in risk analysis and problem-solving.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed to support multiple sites.

Nice to have: Certifications such as ISO (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 9001), EurOSHM, HVK, or SiFa.
