German-speaking Freelance AI Video Editor (LATAM) | (all genders)

At Joli, we help global brands create high-performing social-first content at scale. As demand for AI-supported content production continues to grow, we're looking for a Freelance AI Video Editor to support our Creative Production team.

In this role, you'll edit short-form video content for leading brands, combining traditional editing skills with the latest AI-powered tools. You'll work closely with our production team to deliver fast, high-quality content while helping us continuously improve our AI-driven production workflows.

Your Responsibilities

AI-Powered Video Editing: Edit engaging short-form content using DaVinci Resolve and AI-powered editing tools while maintaining high creative and technical quality.

Content Production: Deliver social-first video content optimized for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Fast Turnaround: Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our Creative Production team to translate creative concepts into compelling video content across different markets.

AI Workflow Optimization: Explore and integrate new AI tools and editing workflows to improve production speed and efficiency.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, platform best practices, and high creative standards.

YOU:

Experience

• Experience as a freelance video editor, preferably in social media, podcast, or digital content video production.

• Advanced knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, color grading, and post-production workflows.

• Experience with AI-powered subtitle automation and transcription tools.

• Skilled in AI video creation, generative workflows, and visual content production.

• Strong expertise in sound design, audio editing, mixing, and final mastering.

• Experienced in managing remote freelance projects and delivering high-quality content on schedule.

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered editing tools and an interest in exploring new technologies.

Language

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Good knowledge of German language is welcome (Level of B2–C1)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.

• Passion for social media, short-form content, and AI innovation.

• Strong attention to detail and a high quality standard.

Location

• Ideally based in Latin America (LATAM) to support extended production coverage across time zones.
