General Contractor (GC) Estimator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented General Contractor (GC) Estimator with extensive experience supporting U.S.-based construction projects. The ideal candidate is responsible for preparing accurate quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, bid proposals, and pricing analyses for commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects.

The GC Estimator will work closely with project managers, preconstruction teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure estimates are competitive, accurate, and submitted within deadlines. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with estimating software, and the ability to interpret U.S. construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.

Location: Remote (Anywhere in the Philippines)

Qualifications:

✅Minimum 2–3 years of experience estimating U.S.-based construction projects.
✅Strong understanding of U.S. construction methods and practices.
✅Ability to read and interpret Architectural plans, Structural drawings, Construction specifications and Bid documents
✅Experience preparing quantity takeoffs and detailed estimates.
✅Proficient in estimating software such as Microsoft Excel, PlanSwift, and Bluebeam
✅Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with strong attention to detail.
✅Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
✅Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
✅Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
