Game designer

Made of Storm is looking for a Game Designer for our ambitious new game production project to lead the visual style of our interfaces.

Your Mission:
⦁ Create concepts for RNG slots and instant games: mechanics, bonus features, progressions, events, player flows, UX logic
⦁ Write GDDs, tasks for mathematicians, briefs for art and animation
⦁ Work with RTP, volatility, and feature frequency in collaboration with a mathematician
⦁ Participate in balancing and tuning features based on player data
⦁ Lead the game from concept to certification and live release
⦁ Check the implementation for design compliance with QA
⦁ Focus on retention and engagement metrics during design

Your Unique Contribution:
⦁ 3+ years in game design, including 2+ years in slots or social casinos
⦁ 10+ released slots or instant games where you were responsible Game Design
⦁ Understanding of the full production cycle
⦁ Experience setting goals for the art team, mathematicians, and developers
⦁ Understanding the differences between markets in different countries

Will be a plus:
⦁ Experience working in a startup where processes are built from scratch
⦁ Experience in other genres - free-to-play, mobile games, hyper-casuals
⦁ Experience with localization into multiple languages
