What You’ll Actually Do

You won’t be producing random visuals.
You’ll help build visual systems that scale.

• Social media design rooted in structure, not trends

• Editorial-style layouts with strong hierarchy

• Pitch decks that communicate, not decorate

• Brand assets that feel cohesive across touchpoints

• Clean, organized files ready for handoff (because details matter)

This role is about thinking, not just executing.

You’ll Fit If You:

• Have 2+ years of real design experience (agency or equivalent standard)

• Understand layout, hierarchy, grid systems, and composition deeply

• Have strong typography sensitivity

• Think in systems, not one-off visuals

• Care about consistency and craft

• Take feedback fast, refine fast, and move on — no ego, no drama

• Are reliable. We don’t chase people.

If you rely heavily on templates and trends without understanding structure, this won’t be a match.
