Dedicated by MyWellbeing was founded by Alyssa, an LCSW who experienced burnout early in her career and realized she wasn't alone. She built the practice she wished had existed: one where clinicians feel genuinely supported, where caseloads are humane, and where becoming a great therapist is treated as a shared responsibility.
As Dedicated grows, we're expanding our supervisory team, and we're doing it deliberately. We believe supervisors deserve the same investment we ask them to give their associates: peer community, real professional development, clinical infrastructure, and a leadership team that takes your growth seriously.
This is a role for someone who wants to shape clinicians, strengthen culture, and help build one of the most thoughtful therapist development programs in the country.
The field is losing people. Burnout, isolation, and inadequate support push therapists out before they hit their stride – and inadequate supervision is often at the root of it.
We believe the way we train early-career clinicians creates ripple effects throughout the field. Better-supported therapists become better supervisors. They stay. They bring what they learned forward. This role is our commitment to changing that trajectory and we want supervisors at the table who feel the weight and the opportunity of that.
Clinician wellbeing and client care go hand in hand. You cannot sustainably deliver one without investing in the other.
Supervision is leadership. Not just case review or liability management; supervision is one of the most formative professional relationships a therapist will ever have.

A caseload you can actually lead well. You'll supervise 12-15 Associate Therapists. Small enough to know every supervisee's name, story, caseload, and growth edges.
Real leadership, not just oversight. You will have the systems, support, and autonomy to develop clinicians in a meaningful way. You'll have a seat at the table and we'll expect you to use it.
A team that backs you. Weekly 1:1s with the VP of Clinical Services, peer supervisor huddles, clinical dashboards to reduce guesswork, and a culture that treats your wellbeing as seriously as your supervisees'.
Compensation that grows with your investment.
Most supervisors begin with MyWellbeing at $340/month per supervisee as they build their supervisory caseloads.
Full-time supervisors who choose to maintain their own private practice (or another personal or professional commitment) are expected to supervise 15 Associates in a 30 hour workweek and earn $64,000/year + full benefits (40 hour/week annual equivalent of $85,333/year)
For supervisors who are interested in gaining and maintaining a direct therapy caseload with MyWellbeing, the position ramps to 40 hours per week and has earning potential up to $100,000/year
A mission worth leading. We believe that access to care shouldn’t hinge on one’s income. We're currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, and United and expanding soon to accept Medicaid.
Clinical Supervision
Supervise 12–15 Associate Therapists (LMSWs, MHC-LPs, LMFT-LPs)
Biweekly individual supervision per supervisee
Biweekly open office hours across the clinical team
Group supervision 2x/month per cohort of 5 Associate Therapists
Participate in rotating on-call for crisis escalation and clinical consultation
Maintain timely responsiveness to urgent supervisee needs within established protocols
Clinical Quality & Documentation
Review and approve intake assessments and diagnoses (within 48 hours)
Review progress notes, treatment plans, and clinical forms (by 7pm ET Friday for preceding 7 days)
Support accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and outcomes tracking
Performance & KPI Management
Monitor and coach on utilization, retention, no-shows, caseload balance, note compliance, and clinical outcomes
Conduct quarterly performance reviews; implement progressive discipline in collaboration with HR
Manage caseload transitions when supervisees depart or clients need higher level of care
Team & Organizational Leadership
Weekly 1:1 with VP of Clinical Services
Weekly peer supervisor huddles
Contribute to associate hiring and onboarding
Lead or co-lead quarterly trainings, culture events, or identity-based support groups
Oversee peer video feedback on mock intakes and skills-based training

Required:
Active LCSW license in good standing in New York State
3+ years post-licensure clinical experience
Demonstrated experience supervising pre-licensed clinicians in outpatient, group practice, or telehealth setting
Enthusiasm around performance management, documentation, and risk management
Proficiency with SimplePractice, Google Workspace, or similar tools
Schedule amenable for clinical consultation and crisis coverage
Helpful backgrounds (not required): trauma-informed modalities, couples therapy, identity-affirming care, community mental health, telehealth group practice, inpatient or hospital settings
