Role Summary: We are looking for a mid-level Full Stack Web Developer with strong experience in C#/.NET web application development, Python, JavaScript, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate should be comfortable maintaining legacy and modern web applications, contributing to secure and high-quality code, working with CI/CD practices, and using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and prototyping.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance, and maintain secure web applications using C#/.NET, Python, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
Create and iterate functional prototypes based on business or market requirements using AI-assisted development tools.
Support application modernization, integrations, bug fixing, and performance improvements across the web application stack.
Collaborate with team members and customers to clarify requirements, estimate solutions, and deliver working software.
Communicate ideas, issues, risks, and impediments on time to support predictable delivery.
Contribute to code quality through unit testing, clean design, maintainable implementation, and secure development practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
Mid-level English proficiency for written and verbal communication with internal teams and customers.
5+ years of professional web application development experience using C# and .NET / ASP.NET.
2+ years of hands-on Python development experience for backend services, scripting, automation, integrations, or prototyping.
5+ years of JavaScript experience, including practical use of jQuery and TypeScript.
Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, ADO.NET, and Entity Framework 6 or higher.
Working knowledge of Angular and modern front-end development practices.
Strong SQL Server experience, including database design, queries, stored procedures, and performance-aware development.
Solid understanding of code quality practices, unit testing, design patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Code principles.
Knowledge of application security practices, including OWASP, authentication hardening, SQL Server security, and prevention of SQL injection vulnerabilities.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, or Google AI Studio.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar.
Experience working in the insurance, financial services, or regulated industries.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Experience building functional prototypes or proof-of-concepts with AI-assisted development platforms.
