About the Role
SmartScale360 is looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter to support our growing U.S.-based clients by managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance. 
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels. 
  • Conduct resume screening, phone screening, and candidate interviews. 
  • Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. 
  • Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements. 
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. 
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows within ATS and CRM platforms.
  • Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and sourcing performance. 
  • Manage candidate communications and provide an excellent candidate experience.
  • Support onboarding and pre-employment processes for successful hires.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Executive Search, HR, or Candidate Sourcing. 
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Experience conducting candidate interviews and evaluations. 
  • Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and recruitment platforms. 
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously. 

Work-From-Home Requirements:

  • Device: Intel i5 + 8 GB RAM minimum
  • 100 Mbps internet
  • Backup device, internet, and power supply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting U.S.-based recruitment or staffing accounts. 
  • Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Service, Healthcare, Administrative, Operations, or Professional roles. 
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Indeed, JobAdder, Workable, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar recruitment platforms. 
  • Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills. 
  • Experience with recruitment reporting, analytics, and hiring metrics. Advanced Excel or reporting skills.
