Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and personal networks
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Ensure timely closures and quality hiring
- Maintain regular updates on pipeline and status
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment
- Exposure to hiring in one or more industries:
- IT / Software / Technical roles
- BPO / Customer Support
- Healthcare
- BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
