As we continue to grow, we're expanding our recruiter network and are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter with expertise in the iGaming and Betting industry.
As a Freelance Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialist positions within the iGaming and Betting sector. You'll work closely with international clients, identify and engage top talent, and deliver an outstanding recruitment experience from initial briefing through to successful placement.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client briefing to successful placement;
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment market insights;
Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels;
Conduct candidate interviews to assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit;
Present shortlisted candidates with structured recommendations and interview feedback;
Coordinate interview processes and maintain clear communication with clients and candidates;
Build and maintain talent pipelines across the iGaming and Betting market;
Monitor industry trends, talent movements, and competitor activity;
Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Previous recruitment experience within the iGaming and/or Betting industry;
Strong headhunting and direct sourcing capabilities;
An established professional network within the iGaming market is highly desirable;
Experience managing multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment projects;
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
