We are currently looking for a fully remote freelance QA Tester based in Guatemala to cooperate with us on various tasks focused on localization of the product on a new market.

As a QA Tester, your responsibilities may include (based on market and project needs):

• Testing website accessibility and usability across devices and browsers
• Verifying payment systems, including deposits and payment method coverage
• Testing withdrawal processes to ensure accuracy, speed, and user clarity
• Conducting gameplay testing for both desktop and mobile (performance, compatibility, bugs)
• Tracking and reporting email, SMS and push deliverability issues
• Reporting bugs, inconsistencies, and UX concerns in a structured format
• Creating and updating test cases and documentation when required
• Creating accounts at competitors’ websites and providing screenshots of other platforms features

Please note: This is a freelance position with no fixed number of tasks per month - assignments will vary depending on active projects and market coverage needs.

Desired skills and experience:

• No prior QA experience required - this could be your first step into the industry!
• Basic familiarity with websites, online platforms, or casino games is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and provide clear, detailed feedback
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Comfortable communicating in English (written reports and messages)
• Reliable internet connection and ability to test across different devices (desktop, mobile)
