Freelance Motion Graphics Designer

This is a remote position.

• Demonstrate expertise in typography, color theory, texture, composition, iconography, and illustration, coupled with robust interaction design skills.
  
• Ability to generate innovative concepts swiftly, gather feedback effectively, and transition from initial ideas to final designs promptly.
  
• Showcase a wide range of visual design capabilities, encompassing illustration, high-aesthetic/photo-realistic design, and the flexibility to adapt styles and tones as required.
  
• Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving by asking pertinent questions, seeking answers, and translating visions or ideas into practical design solutions.
  
• Display eagerness to explore design innovation with AI, both in personal design processes and in integrating AI elements into product design.
  
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects, with the ability to deliver motion designs in various formats (MP4, GIF, JSON, SVG + SMIL, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with Figma and other prototyping tools to generate and validate designs with users/customers
  

Requirements

• Delivering high quality visual design products with some level of motion or animation design.
  
• The priority is visual design, followed by ideation and then motion or animation design.
  

Must Have Skills:

• Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
  
• Figma, a collaborative design tool.
  
• Visual design and motion or animation design skills.
