JoinMyTrip is a travel tech startup from Köln that is lucky enough to work everyday on what makes people happy - vacation! Our international team consists of globetrotters, that happen to be mostly tech-nerds and marketing lovers. We strongly believe that travel can change people for the better, especially if they can share the experience with others.

Tasks

Are you a Serial Traveller who cannot stop exploring exciting destinations? Do You dream about discovering destinations with other like-minded people? Does planning that perfect itinerary give you a high? Do you love organising and leading a group? If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

At JoinMyTrip we are changing the way people experience their travels through a technology-driven community platform. Whether you want to summit a volcano, engage in yoga sessions on a beachfront, or learn to make pasta in an Italian town with like-minded individuals - JoinMyTrip can make it happen.

Right now, we are looking for adventurous individuals and serial travellers who would love to create and lead unforgettable trips for our community of passionate travellers.

What does JoinMyTrip expect from you?

As a TripLeader, you will be responsible for a variety of fun activities that include:

• Planning and executing Trips around the globe, especially in locations where we have high demand
• Securing suitable accommodations and organising logistical aspects of the trip
• Creating an amazing experience on the ground - for both yourself as well as your TripMates
• Promoting your own trip together with us
• Executing at least 3 trips within 6 months

Requirements

• You have travel encoded in your DNA. Whether it's a familiar destination, or an off the beaten path place you’ve never been to, you’d figure out how to experience it like a local
• Planning is what you excel at. Whether it's organising a day trip for your family or weekend travel with your buddies, they all love you for how brilliantly you plan and execute it
• You have the expertise to come up with the most optimal travel itineraries. Planes, Trains, Automobiles - you know the best way to experience a destination to the fullest, and in the most optimal way
• You are a natural at making sure everyone in a group feels included and comfortable.
• You are hard-working, detail-oriented, and fun to be around.
• You can absorb stress, as well as spread fun, effortlessly.
