Position Summary
Rolling Suds is seeking an experienced Franchisee Growth Coach to serve as a trusted advisor, business coach, and growth partner for a portfolio of franchise owners.
This role is responsible for helping franchisees grow revenue, improve profitability, strengthen sales processes, and build scalable businesses.
At Rolling Suds, we operate under a Concierge Coaching Model. Instead of scheduled monthly check ins, our coaches proactively identify opportunities, provide targeted support, and connect franchisees with the right internal resources to help them succeed.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in the home services industry, sales leadership experience, and a passion for coaching entrepreneurs.
Core Responsibilities
Franchisee Coaching
• Serve as the primary business coach for an assigned portfolio of franchisees.
• Build strong relationships that promote trust, accountability, and engagement.
• Partner with franchisees to establish goals and growth plans.
• Conduct regular business reviews and field visits.
• Identify barriers to growth and create action plans.
Sales Leadership & Business Development
• Coach franchisees on residential and commercial sales strategies.
• Train franchisees on lead follow up and sales processes.
• Support prospecting, networking, and business development activities.
• Review sales pipelines and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
• Coach franchisees on building relationships with property managers, facility managers, HOAs, and local businesses.
Operational & Financial Coaching
• Review key business metrics and operational trends.
• Coach franchisees on pricing, labor utilization, and production efficiency.
• Help franchisees improve profitability and understand financial performance.
• Promote operational best practices and brand standards.
Cross Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Marketing, Training, Finance, Operations, and National Accounts teams to support franchisee growth.
• Connect franchisees with internal subject matter experts when needed.
• Ensure franchisees receive timely responses and clear direction.
Qualifications
Required
• 5+ years of home services experience.
• 3+ years of leadership, coaching, or multi unit support experience.
• Proven sales training and business development experience.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial sales processes.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Experience using CRM and operational systems.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field with franchisees.
Preferred
• Franchise industry experience.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or territories.
• Experience working with field service management platforms.
