AI Summary

You will own end-to-end enterprise implementations, configuring accounts to fit customer workflows and building custom extensions using the platform's SDK and APIs. Additionally, you will act as the primary technical contact, enabling users for success and providing roadmap feedback to the product team.

Full-time · Remote · Based in the Americas, North or South, within ~2 hours of US Eastern

Archilogic is the spatial system of record for the age of AI: buildings, the world's largest asset class, become structured data every system, team, and AI agent can reach. Floor plans in CAD and PDF turn into a live, queryable spatial database, edited in the browser and versioned like code, so the floor plan is the data and never drifts out of sync. We are already the spatial source of truth for some of the world's largest enterprises, and we're remote-first with hubs in Zurich and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Why this role

When an enterprise customer signs, the next few months decide whether the account thrives or churns. The Forward Deployed Implementation Engineer is deeply involved with the customer: setting up their Archilogic account around how they actually work, teaching their team to use it, and building the extensions that solve their specific problems. You're the person who turns a signed contract into a customer who's genuinely successful on the platform, and who expands.

What you'll do

  • Own enterprise implementations end to end, configuring each customer's account correctly for their workflows.
  • Ensure the data model fits how the customer actually operates, so Archilogic becomes their source of truth. Build extensions on the platform if and when needed, using the Extension SDK, our GraphQL and REST APIs, and MCP, to solve the specific problems each customer brings.
  • Teach and enable users so they adopt the tool properly, then drive usage and expansion across the accounts you set up.
  • Be the first-line support and technical relationship for your accounts, escalating deep backend integration work to core engineering.
  • Turn recurring implementation friction into roadmap signal for product, and sometimes ship the fix yourself.
  • Support the biggest pre-sales opportunities with technical scoping and proof-of-concept work when a deal needs deep validation.

What you'll bring

  • Real technical fluency: you can build extensions, script against APIs, and model data well.
  • Experience working directly with customers, not just internal teams: you've been in the calls, understood what users needed, and owned the outcome. A forward deployed, implementation, or solutions/delivery engineering background fits naturally, but isn't required.
  • Judgment: you configure and build for a customer without leaving a mess behind, with the steering instinct to keep AI-assisted work maintainable.
  • Strong customer-facing instincts: you can teach a non-technical user and hold a credible technical conversation with their engineers in the same day.
  • A bias to ship and comfort owning ambiguous problems on a small, remote team.

Nice to have

  • Spatial/CAD/BIM data, graph data models, or geometry.
  • IWMS/CAFM platforms (Tririga, Archibus, Planon, ServiceNow).
  • Experience building on a platform SDK, or agentic/LLM-powered tooling (MCP, tool use).

Compensation is location-tiered: the range depends on where you're based, and we share it early in the process.
