Own customer deployments from workflow discovery and scoping through production launch, configuring AI agents and integrating them with customer systems. Debug and improve production agents, measure business outcomes, lead customer sessions, and share reusable deployment patterns and workflow needs with Product and Engineering.
Join a customer-facing AI team delivering production automation solutions inside enterprise environments. You will own deployments from initial workflow discovery through go-live, helping customers improve complex operational processes with AI agents.
Embed with customers from kickoff through go-live, owning delivery and day-to-day client relationships.
Map workflows, identify valuable automation opportunities, and address process issues or deployment blockers.
Translate business logic into agent behavior, including actions, decision rules, exception paths, and fallbacks.
Configure and deploy agents across ERPs, portals, spreadsheets, email, and other customer systems, writing integration code and prototypes as needed.
Debug production agents, iterate quickly, and track measurable business outcomes.
Lead customer working sessions, manage scope, build stakeholder trust, and identify opportunities to expand deployments.
Document reusable patterns and runbooks, and share recurring workflow needs with Product and Engineering.
Five to eight years of experience in forward deployed engineering, applied AI, technical consulting, or a similar hands-on delivery role.
Demonstrated experience shipping agentic AI systems in customer environments and owning the full delivery lifecycle from scoping and build through launch.
Practical expertise with LLMs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, evaluations, MCP, APIs, and retrieval-augmented generation.
Integration experience using Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
Customer delivery experience beyond presales, demos, or advisory work, with strong communication and a focus on business impact.
Experience in operationally complex sectors such as retail, e-commerce, consumer goods, supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics is valuable.
Based in the UK, authorized to work without visa sponsorship, and willing to travel frequently to customer sites across the UK and Europe, around three days per week during active deployments.
Salary range: €110,000 to €200,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Remote within the United Kingdom, with frequent travel to customer sites across the UK and Europe.
