Forward Deployed Engineer

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, detail orientated, and talented individual for the position of Forward Deployed Engineer.  This is a Remote Position.

Job Description:

Summary: The Forward Deployed Engineer will build and deploy a focused document-analysis application around an existing commercial intelligence engine. Work directly with customer stakeholders, regulatory specialists and the core engineering team to turn agreed requirements into a reliable analyst workflow. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Translate approved comment-processing workflows into application requirements, data schemas and acceptance tests.
• Implement ingestion, normalization, search experience, categorization, source traceability, analyst review and export features.
• Connection interfaces to authorized data sources and government-provided interfaces; identify access dependencies early.
• Build a reviewer interface supporting corrections, multiple issue mappings and audit history.
• Evaluate retrieval, classification and summary quality on representative records with regulatory experts.
• Test duplicate handling, attachment coverage, reconciliation, high-volume processing and reproducible exports.
• Implement approved authentication, permissions, logging, monitoring, backups and deployment controls.
• Support accessibility validation, security reviews, release management, technical documentation and incident resolution.
• Coordinate changes to the custom application with the core platform team and maintain a clear inventory of pre-existing and newly developed components
