Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and assembly on a variety of fitness equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and weight machines.
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter to ensure proper functionality of equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used for each job.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a technician or mechanic, preferably in the fitness industry or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
