Fitness Coach

We're seeking an experienced fitness coach to work with clients looking to build strength, improve health, and reach their fitness goals. This role includes guiding clients through strength training, cardio training, and mobility & flexibility work, as well as form & technique review and injury prevention to keep training safe and effective. Coaches also help clients with goal setting, accountability & habit building, competition prep for those training toward a specific event, and general exploration for clients still discovering what training style works best for them. Ideal candidates have hands-on fitness coaching or personal training experience, relevant certifications, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients build sustainable, long-term habits. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
