Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the Fiserv DNA core banking platform to support Ford Credit’s transition into regulated banking operations.

Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the Fiserv DNA core banking platform to support Ford Credit’s transition into regulated banking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and configure Fiserv DNA core banking modules:
- Deposits
- Loans
- General Ledger (GL)
- Payments
- Customer Information File (CIF)
- Lead core conversion, product setup, and regulatory configuration aligned to banking license requirements.
- Design integrations with digital onboarding (Mantl), fraud/decisioning (Alloy), and downstream systems.
- Drive data migration and testing strategy (SIT/UAT).
- Lead go-live planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with FDIC, OCC, BSA/AML, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide post go-live production support and performance optimization.
Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of core banking experience.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing Fiserv DNA.
- Experience in greenfield bank setup or bank charter conversion (preferred).
- Deep knowledge of core integrations and banking operations.
