Deine Aufgaben

• Du arbeitest in einem kleinen, eingespielten Finance-Team, berichtest direkt an den Head of Finance und verantwortest das Controlling für zwei Unternehmen im Konzernverbund (Hypernode in NL und maxcluster in DE).

• Du agierst als direkter Sparringspartner für Staekholder und gehst komplexen Fragestellungen durch tiefgehende Ursachenanalysen auf den Grund.

• Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich Analysen zur Umsatz- und Geschäftsmodelloptimierung, nutzt dafür komplexe Datenstrukturen sowie moderne Tools und schaffst so die Basis für operative und strategische Entscheidungen.

• Du bist aktiv in die Gestaltung unserer Forecast- und Planungsprozesse eingebunden, bearbeitest Ad-hoc-Anfragen sowie Abweichungsanalysen und entwickelst das regelmäßige Reporting weiter.

• Du wirkst maßgeblich bei den Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit, erstellst Umsatz- sowie Kostenabgrenzungen (Accruals) und stellst eine saubere, verlässliche Datenbasis sicher.

• Im engen Austausch mit unserem zentralen P2P-Team in Portugal überwachst du proaktiv den Zahlungsverkehr und fungierst als Freigabeinstanz für Bestellungen (Purchase Orders).

Dein Profil

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen oder Datenanalyse mit. Wünschenswert sind Praxiserfahrungen im Accounting oder Controlling.

• Im Umgang mit Microsoft-Anwendungen bist du sicher. Kenntnisse in Power BI, Tableau oder ähnlichen Tools sind ein Plus.

• IFRS und GAAP (bzw. HGB) sind dir zumindest dem Grundsatz nach vertraut.

• Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig, behältst auch bei großen Datenmengen den Überblick und interessierst dich für KI-gestützte Analyseansätze.

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab. Auf Englisch kommunizierst du souverän mit unserem Team bei Hypernode und in der Zusammenarbeit mit der Gruppe, im Tagesgeschäft bei maxcluster arbeitest du überwiegend auf Deutsch.

Your tasks

• You work in a small, well-coordinated finance team, report directly to the Head of Finance and are responsible for controlling for two companies within the group (Hypernode in NL and maxcluster in DE).

• You act as a direct sparring partner for stakeholders and get to the bottom of complex questions through in-depth root cause analyses.

• You independently create analyses for revenue and business model optimization, using complex data structures as well as modern tools and thus create the basis for operational and strategic decisions.

• You are actively involved in the design of our forecast and planning processes, handle ad-hoc requests as well as variance analyses and further develop the regular reporting.

• You play a key role in the monthly and annual financial statements, create revenue and cost accruals (accruals) and ensure a clean, reliable data basis.

• In close coordination with our central P2P team in Portugal, you proactively monitor payment transactions and act as an approval authority for purchase orders (purchase orders).

Your profile

• You have completed a degree in economics/business administration or a comparable qualification and have professional experience in the field of finance or data analysis. Practical experience in accounting or controlling is desirable.

• You are confident in using Microsoft applications. Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar tools is a plus.

• You are at least familiar with IFRS and GAAP (or HGB) in principle.

• You work in a structured and independent manner, keep an overview even with large amounts of data and are interested in AI-supported analysis approaches.

• Very good German and English skills complete your profile. You communicate confidently in English with our team at Hypernode and in cooperation with the group, while in day-to-day business at maxcluster you mainly work in German.
