We believe talent is universal, but access to opportunity is not.

Our mission is to remove barriers that prevent aspiring entrepreneurs and innovators from reaching their potential. We provide computing and digital skills education, mentorship, venture-building support, strategic partnerships, and access to resources that enable founders and communities to create sustainable businesses and meaningful social impact.

By combining education with entrepreneurship and innovation, we help individuals build careers, launch startups, and strengthen local economies.

As our organization grows internationally, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to build and oversee a world-class finance function that supports our programs, partners, and long-term sustainability.
