Role Overview
As a Finance & Administration Analyst, you will take ownership of day-to-day accounting, finance, and administrative operations across multi-country entities. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, maintaining internal controls, supporting month-end closures, and coordinating administrative and compliance-related tasks that keep financial operations organized and audit-ready.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can work independently, communicate effectively with internal teams, and support both accounting and operational requirements in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Execute monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and payment platforms such as Wise, Stripe, PayPal, or similar systems.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity in accounting systems and financial records.
- Support financial reporting across multi-entity, multi-country, or multi-currency environments.
General Ledger & Closing
- Maintain general ledger accuracy across accounting systems.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and documentation.
Reporting, Audit & Compliance
- Prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in preparing documents for external audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
- Maintain accurate and traceable records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions and supporting records.
Administrative & Operations Support
- Support vendor management, expense tracking, and payment monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal teams across departments to ensure accurate billing, documentation, and compliance.
- Maintain well-organized financial, operational, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in maintaining data integrity across financial systems, operational tools, and reporting platforms.
- Provide administrative support related to financial operations, compliance, and reporting.
Process Optimization
- Develop, improve, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, or SOPs.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, accountability, and operational accuracy.
Internal Controls
- Monitor financial processes to ensure strong internal controls and risk mitigation.
- Help protect financial, operational, and employee-related data through proper handling and confidentiality.
- Support internal and external audit processes by maintaining complete and organized records.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage but not required.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance operations, or related administrative finance support.
- Experience supporting international companies, global clients, or multi-country operations is highly preferred.
- Experience in BPO, outsourcing, service-based, or multi-entity environments is an advantage.
- Exposure to multi-currency accounting and international financial reporting is beneficial.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including accruals, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and data analysis formulas.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- Experience preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with international teams and internal departments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
