Finance & Accounting Manager (Remote & US position)

If you want international experience in the United States, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We are a multi-division US transportation. This is a remote position and the individual will be required to work US EST (New York).

Key Duties:

• Develop forecasts and cashflow statements
• Maintain financial records for client companies by analysing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including filing, report generation, budget review, etc.
• Process weekly payroll accurately and timely.
• Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date.
• Raise invoices
• Chasing overdue invoices

• Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation of various banks with system generated ledger.
• Maintain, record and reconcile cash .
