We're hiring: Dispatcher (Bucaramanga, Colombia)

We are looking for a Dispatcher to join a growing US trucking team. This role mixes dispatch and sales: you will book and manage loads, and you will also help bring in new customers.

What you will do

• Find and book loads using load boards

• Plan routes and schedules for our drivers

• Keep drivers, brokers and customers updated

• Reach out to new customers every day

• Solve problems when a load is late or something goes wrong

• Keep clear records for every load
  

What we are looking for

• Good English for daily calls with US drivers, brokers and customers

• Basic knowledge of logistics or transportation

• Comfortable making calls and working toward sales goals

• Organized and calm under pressure

• Own computer, stable internet and a quiet place to work

• Available during US business hours
  

Nice to have

• Experience as a dispatcher or freight agent

• Experience with DAT, Truckstop, a TMS or a CRM

• Based in Bucaramanga
