OVERVIEW:
The purpose of the Field Services and Training Specialist role is to support operations and ensure the safe, efficient, assembly and installation of RS products. Reporting to the Field Services and Training Manager, this position is responsible for providing customer support, field consulting, training, and guidance on best practices for the installation of RS Poles. This role is remote in the United States.

Our poles are utilized in transmission, distribution, substation, and communication applications, offering a lighter, more durable, and longer-lasting alternative to wood, steel, and concrete. Since 2003, our poles have served over 500 customers across 30 countries. RESILIENT STRUCTURES operates globally, with manufacturing facilities in Tilbury, Ontario; St. George, Utah; and Houston, Texas, ensuring worldwide distribution of our ultra-resilient poles.

EXPENSES & EQUIPMENT
Expenses: Pre-approved expenses (travel, meals, accommodation, etc.) will be borne by RS and paid within thirty (30) days of the Consultant providing an expense report with receipts. Work-related travel in a personal motor vehicle will be reimbursed at a fixed rate.
Equipment Provided: RS may provide an RS email address, business cards, and an RS laptop with peripheral hardware at no cost.
