* Recommend vacation options based on the client's priorities

* Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and activities

* Assist with reservations, payments, travel documents, and important deadlines

* Keep client and reservation information organized and accurate

* Maintain professional communication throughout the planning process

* Assist clients with questions and reservation changes when needed

Qualifications

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

* Comfortable researching and comparing travel options

* Able to work independently in a remote environment

* Basic computer and internet skills

* Able to manage multiple client requests and deadlines

* Interest in family vacations and travel planning

* No previous travel industry experience required
