Family Law (Prenup) Attorney - D.C Metro Area

Neptune Legal is seeking experienced Family Law attorneys to join our team on a flexible, contract basis. We're a growing firm that handles client acquisition, intake, and administrative work so you can focus on the legal work.

Neptune Legal is recruiting attorneys who have experience in family law and in drafting prenuptial agreements. All work can be performed remotely.

You must be a licensed attorney in Washington D.C., Maryland or Virginia

• We are seeking experienced Family Law attorneys to join our growing team

• This role focuses exclusively on drafting, reviewing, and advising clients regarding prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

• The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in family law, specifically in the preparation and review of prenups.

• This will ensure that our clients continue to receive high-quality, personalized legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review prenuptial agreements tailored to clients' unique financial situations.

• Advise clients on prenuptial best practices, compliance, and potential implications.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external legal partners to ensure seamless client experiences.

• Maintain confidentiality and discretion while managing sensitive client information.

• Stay updated on family law trends, particularly related to prenups, asset protection, and related matters.

• Provide insightful, timely responses to client inquiries via our platform.

What We Offer:

• Payment: $150 to $300/hour

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing in Washington D.C. Maryland, or Virginia

• Responsive, organized, and client-focused
