  • Manage and maintain personnel security actions within DISS, NISS, NBIS, and related security platforms.
  • Support clients with facility clearance sponsorship, FOCI mitigation, compliance efforts, and DCSA audit readiness activities.
  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) mitigation measures, agreements, and associated reporting requirements, as applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.

  • Demonstrated experience with personnel security, facility clearance processes, eApp, and government security systems such as DISS, NISS, and NBIS.
  • Experience supporting DCSA inspections/audits, facility clearance sponsorship, and FOCI mitigation activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt quickly to client-specific requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
