About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Facebook & Instagram Ads Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate is a true Meta Ads expert with a proven track record of building, managing, optimizing, and scaling successful advertising campaigns.
You should have a deep understanding of Meta’s advertising ecosystem, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance optimization, with the ability to deliver measurable results such as increased ROAS, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Develop and execute paid social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Create and manage audience targeting strategies, including retargeting and lookalike audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with Meta advertising policies, algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot ad account issues, disapprovals, policy violations, and performance challenges.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience managing successful Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in achieving strong ROAS, lowering CPA, generating qualified leads, and increasing revenue.
- Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and campaign tracking.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, sales funnels, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic decisions.
- Experience managing and scaling advertising budgets.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or direct-response marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM integrations, attribution tools, and marketing automation platforms.
