Expert Rater Project - Portuguese

Welo Data is looking for an experienced Expert Rater to support, mentor, and guide rating teams while helping improve the quality of AI-powered advertising systems.

Key Responsibilities: 

✅ Coach and support raters to improve rating accuracy and decision-making
✅ Conduct quality reviews, test rounds, and performance monitoring
✅ Analyze datasets, identify trends, and leverage KPIs for insights
✅ Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet quality standards
✅ Create clear feedback, documentation, and client communications

Requirements: 

• Native/Fluent Portuguese proficiency
• English level B2 or above
• 1+ year of rating experience
• Knowledge of data labeling, annotation, and evaluation methodologies
• Strong communication, research, and analytical skills
• Intermediate Google Workspace proficiency

📍 Location: Portugal (Remote)
💰 Pay: $15/hour
⏰ Capacity: 30 hours/week (potential extension to 40 hours/week)
