WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Review and evaluate AI-generated content for quality and accuracy.
• Support and mentor Raters to improve rating consistency.
• Ensure annotations meet project guidelines and quality standards.
• Analyze data trends and provide quality-focused feedback.
• Collaborate with global teams and clients to maintain high-quality deliverables.

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF:

• You are a German speaker currently located in Germany.
• You have 1+ year of experience in Rating, AI Evaluation, Search Quality, Data Annotation, or Content Evaluation.
• You have English proficiency (B2 or above).
• You have strong analytical, communication, and research skills.
• You're comfortable using Google Workspace.

• 💰 $23.71 USD/hour
• 🌍 100% Remote (Germany)
• ⏰ 30 hours/week (possibility to extend to 40 hours/week)
• 📅 1-month freelance project with potential extension or full-time opportunity based on performance.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:

• German language proficiency is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of Rating/Annotation/Evaluation experience is required.
• Must be authorized to work as a freelancer in Germany.
