We’re looking for passionate conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with leasehold experience to join our team of property experts who are committed to quality, service and continuous improvement.

We’re looking for skilled, client-focused experienced Property Lawyer to join our team. If you’re experienced in residential conveyancing, and you love delivering clear, practical advice and getting deals over the line, we want to hear from you!

✅ What you’ll do:

🔹 Manage circa 60-65 varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

🔹 Draft and review contracts, deeds and other legal documents, providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction

🔹 Coordinate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently

🔹 Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice

🔹 Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients and agents, delivering an exceptional service that inspires trust and repeat business

✅ What you bring:

🔹 Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or highly experienced in residential conveyancing

🔹 Solid experience in property / conveyancing law

🔹 Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters

🔹 Good working knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation

🔹 Strong client care skills – we strive to communicate complex legal information clearly

🔹Ability to manage and prioritise a caseload and meet deadlines

🔹Excellent attention to detail and a risk-aware approach to work

🔹Competent user of Microsoft Office and case management systems
